The Scrum Master is a servant leader responsible for establishing and leading work for the projects team, ranging in complexity, from start to finish. The Scrum Master will utilize Agile practices, principles and tools to plan, organize, monitor, and serve 1-2 scrum teams at any given time.

The Scrum Master will champion the execution and delivery of the Agile framework within their assigned teams. The individual in this role will manage scope, schedule, quality, risks and issues, end user and system impacts, and dependencies with other business units/teams.

• Lead all ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Planning, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement).
